  We celebrated the year that was in true Nine Lives Bazaar style over the weekend by gathering at HQ for a house party, sipping salty margaritas by Azteca Margarita, enjoying epic Aussie Lager's by Earth Beer Company, and savouring delicious Seltzers & Rose's from Jackson West. The party theme was in full swing, as we played Beer Pong in our best dressed NLB, played Goon of Fortune, and witnessed a magical sunset. A surprise Silent Disco meant we could dance the night away. This unforgettable night is one for the history books, and we're grateful to be apart of this wonderful community 

Home cooking at its finest with our Satvik Foods newest edition: the meal-in-a-jar Green Moong Kitchari.  This product is not only easy to prepare, but also packed with health benefits such as being high in protein and fibre .

Nine Lives Bazaar celebrated their bright and beautiful Locomotion collection with a garden party, featuring delicious margaritas, fairy lights, and the collection's bold prints and dreamy colours. We created tropical headpieces using florals and vintage scarves, lounged on the new Wandering Folk rugs and cushions and sipped on spicy Azteca Margaritas. Locomotion launched on August 18th as a limited collection.

NLB had a big weekend attending Splendour in the Grass and hosting 'The Good Ole Hoedown' with their friends at The Billinudgel Hotel, featuring live music, drinks by Gage Roads Brew Co and Azteca Margarita, pony rides, and a glitter station by Glotatts.  

Boho Luxe Market and Boho Luxe Bride were filled with uplifting spirits after the year that was 2020, showcasing sustainable products, bohemian delights, and live music over 3 glorious summer days with creative workshops, local food trucks, and restorative sound healings. The Old Museum looked stunning with amazing new designs and a boho wedding inspired picnic area, making it a welcoming space for all visitors.

 Nestled in the Caldera this colourful soiree came to life, like the pot of gold at the end of the Rainbow. Nine Lives Bazaar brought the colour, while we, Glotatts , laiden the sparkle!  It was a spectacular feast for the eyes and the perfect backdrop as we danced into the golden hours of the afternoon.

The 18th annual Splendour in the Grass Music and Arts Festival kicked off during the coldest week of winter. But that didn't stop the fever of fun and fashion expression for festival revellers. This year was the first year we were not officially working on site for GLOTATTS (we worked tirelessly leading up at pre festival parties and events) We continued sponsorship with little glitter & tattoo stations set up throughout - most notably at Little Splendour - a festival within the festival specifically for our young ones - which my girls enjoyed tremendously! DAY I looks were provided by the wonderful HER PONY THE LABEL team. Day II outfits were from the new Spell & the Gypsy Collective range. By Day III we were footloose and fancy free, opting to highlight our GLOTATTS sparkles with threads of our own choosing. I wore a gorgeous burnt ochre linen dress by Brazilian Flirting

We just can't get enough of the delicious fabrics & prints by our beautiful friends at Spell & The Gypsy Collective. So for Saturday in the Grass, we collaborated so that all our GLO girls were rocking the current Spell collection

  For our Friday trade we stepped into the shadow of the previous days 'mermaid/unicorn' inspired looks, opting for a more little more flirt in slinky pieces by Grace Bijoux, We are Submarine, HerPony, Ghetto The Label, RadaPriya + more We sparkled ourselves and our beautiful clientele using GLOTATTS Bindi's, Glitters, Tattoo's & Hair braids in shades of precious metal

I was thrilled to have my custom designs featured alongside the beautiful creations of Australian designer Denisse M Vera at the Splendour in the Grass Festival. The festival's stunning sunset served as the perfect backdrop for our photo shoot, which captured the intricate details and unique flair of our designs. The flowing rope designs and intricate metal work of our garments truly captured the free-spirited, bohemian vibe of the festival. It was such a joy to see our designs being worn and appreciated by festival-goers and to be able to share our passion for fashion and creativity with such a vibrant and enthusiastic community.

This year I packed up the girls and headed home to Byron to join GLOTATTS at Splendour in the Grass. Day 1 started on Thursday, before the official Friday revellers and big band line ups began. Our first day of trade saw excited campers, Splendour staff & volunteers flock through the colourful stalls, showcasing everything from luscious foods of the world (the cuisine was beyond!) to the latest festivals trends and the classic Byron Bay eco friendly products - something for literally everyone This year our gorgeous GLO girls were decked out in threads by some of our all time favourite labels (We are so grateful for the generosity of our collaborators) Thursday outfits highlighted handmade   Jasmyn Eliza  croquet bikini,  Her Pony   whimsical coordinates,   We Are Submarine   leatherette tassel skirts & colourful custom pieces , by yours truely!

I'm thrilled to share this cute photoshoot of Rada Priya & Mini Rada Priya Designs, shot in a cute aunty-niece campaign at home. Each garment is made-to-order, crafted with the highest quality materials to ensure the perfect fit and style for each individual. The matching designs create a unique bond between family members, bringing a special touch to any occasion. Seeing these designs come to life in such a heartwarming shoot has been truly rewarding, and I can't wait to continue creating personalised pieces for my customers.

Dylana Derjaj was born 13.07.2015. Born prematurely due to Major Placenta Previa, together we have had quite a tumultuous start to her life. 3 Months later, we are both finally out of hospital and healthy, but more importantly, happy. As a family we have so many reasons to celebrate, and I just wanted to take this moment to mark today. Perhaps one day she will look back through mummy's blog and see this, her very first post. We have so much to heal from, and so much to look forward to. When the lovely Kacey of  Love Always Photography  asked to shoot Sahana & I for a Sibling Maternity Shoot for her website, I was nervous but knew that she would produce something beautiful - after all she shot my first pregnancy 2 years ago   here Dylana was born 13th July 2015, and I could not have imagined the capacity of my heart until I met her

I've been contributing design and creative ideas to my twinnie's mega metallic glow-in-the-dark temp tattoo label GLO TATTS® since its launch exactly a year ago, so when she gave me free reign to create a complete pack, my concept came quick and fast. I had my hand drawn designs within an hour, and Saci worked her magic turning them into this stunning set of wearable skin jewels  The inspirations for my designs draw on my personal style and how I like to wear body jewellery. Subtle statement pieces with a touch of romance. As a wedding dress designer and a mother, these two roles reflect in each design. Intricate floral and gem motifs that can be worn as ear cuffs and necklaces without curious little hands pulling at the delicate jewellery.
